I was recently thinking about how many distribution based on Ubuntu are there?! In the beginning there were few of them but now it is totally different story. It is becoming a bit scary how specialized they are. :)

Now you have Ubuntu based distro for all religions, for different professions, national distributions, modest and glamorous, the ones with GNOME, KDE, XFCE, Fluxbox, LXDE, Enlightenment etc.
